This site was designed and developed by Vijay Jivan after working as an expat in Mumbai for many years. As a keen lottery player, Vijay was disappointed to find it quite difficult to find credible sites on which he could research international lotteries and then buy lottery tickets online in India. After trying out a few different international service providers, Vijay selected the most user-friendly and secure one.
He thought it would be useful for himself and many others to have a comprehensive portal covering all aspects of lotteries specifically written for Indian lotto players and enthusiasts – soon after, in 2010 a Lottery Online India portal was launched (under a different name) and is being relaunched in 2012 as www.LotteryOnlineIndia.com.
